The most efficient and effective method of controlling condensation is to provide natural roofspace ventilation and to mechanically extract high levels of water vapour at the source.
The Sandtoft range of ventilation products provides cost effective and discrete roofspace ventilation. Products include eaves ventilators, concealed ventilators, ridge ventilators, abutment ventilators and gas ridge vent terminals.
Concealed ventilators
Sandtoft concealed tile and slate ventilators are virtually unseen once installed
and do not break the roof line. They provide solutions for roofspace ventilation
and with an optional pipe adapter and flexible pipe, can be used for soil pipe
and mechanical ventilation.
Compatible with all Sandtoft tiles and slates, except for Humber, Goxhill and Concrete Plain Tiles (see InvisVent)
Where the minimum roof pitch recommended for a particular tile is greater than
22.5° (for example, clay pantiles) then this minimum pitch also applies to the
ventilator. Concealed tile and slate ventilators must not be used on roof pitches
below 22.5°.

Eaves ventilators
Sandtoft eaves ventilators offer continuous over fascia ventilation. Systems
are available in 10mm and 25mm.
The underlay support tray overcomes the underlay in the gutter, and the universal spacer tray will accommodate rafter centres from 400 to 600mm.

Rollvent Abutment Ventilator
The Sandtoft Rollvent has been designed to provide continuous 5mm gap (5000m²
per metre) at top edge abutments on monopitch roofs.

Ridge Ventilators
Sandtoft standard ridge ventilators provide practical solutions to the problems
of roofspace ventilation. Sandtoft concealed ridge ventilators provide the same
functions, but are designed to maximise the aesthetic features of the roofscape
by being unobtrusive in appearance and virtually unseen.

Gas Vent Ridge Terminals
A range of ridge ventilation terminal units to suit the various Sandtoft clay,
concrete and slate ridge profiles for use on duo-pitch roofs.
Sandtoft Gas Vent Ridge Terminals are designated as low-resistance types, as required by British Gas.
